Start each week with recording your weight, medication dose, and measurements: waist, hips (while feet are together) and dominant thigh circumference. Use a flexible, cloth, non-elastic measuring tape and measure in the morning after waking up.

Each week, challenge yourself with new goals, whether if is increasing your physical activity, increasing your water intake, getting more sleep, or eating more protein. As the weeks progress, keep adding and achieveing goals!
